I’m trying to use Virgin TV go. But when I try to log in it says “password or username incorrect”. When I try to re-set password the error message is that the password is invalid as it is using part of my username…but it’s not.
I’ve tried multiple passwords all random words and numbers but the same error message applies. Please can someone help?

Are you using your MyVirginMedia login details to sign into the TVGo App? Are you able to access your online account without issues?
Have you tried to sign in on different devices or through the web browser to see if this can help?

I’ve tried on multiple devices and on the app and web browser. I can access ‘my virgin media’ account online with no issues, but I cannot access the TVGO app with those details as it says password incorrect. But then won’t let me chose a new password.
is there anything else I can try?
