Why do I need an internet connection to watch a show I have downloaded to my phone on TV Go?
I keep getting shows buffering with messages telling my connection is slow so I may have a problem.
The show has been downloaded - they should play offline absolutely fine.
This is not a function I use but I just did a download and it worked OK both with WiFi enabled on my iPad and with no WiFi.
Are you sure you are trying to play the download and not the actual stream of the program?

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issue with your TVGO downloads.
Please can you confirm for me, is it a download from a specific channel or is it happening on every download?
