Incorrect username or password with Virgin media account

I can’t get access to the virgin media account to allow me access to TV on the go, when I try and log in I’m told either the username or password is incorrect, neither are, can someone assist as I had already spoken to an agent some weeks ago which told me they had passed it to the technical team as they tried access and could get in either and it’s still the same.I’m a new (returning) customer and am disappointed with current support so far.

Can someone help please
