Re: Incognito

Hi @sl0616,

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for posting.

I am sorry to hear you are getting this message.

Have you tried using another browser?

Are you able to access this okay via the TV GO app?

Re: Incognito

I am haveing the same issue, both on Chrome and Edge, we shouldn't need to use one specific browser they should all work with out error.

Re: Incognito

Hey @Royalbeech,

Thanks for taking the time to post on our forums.

Are you able to use the TV go app via a mobile device or do you get the same issues?

Regards,

Steven_L

Re: Incognito

It seems to be working fine on the mobile app, apart from the recorded programs, I can stream some to the mobile but others only allow to be watched on the TV, not sure if this is an issue or a license thing.

As for the laptop, I have managed to get it working by going into advanced settings in chrome and resetting to default. However I can't watch any recordings?

Re: Incognito

Hi @Royalbeech,

Thank you for coming back to us and for providing those screen grabs!

If you'd like, we can reset your TVGO App devices, to see if that will help with being able to watch recordings on your laptop.

I will send you a Private Message to confirm a few details before I can do this. Please keep an eye out for a purple envelope at the top of your forum page.

I will be in touch soon. 🙂

Thanks!

Re: Incognito

Hi @Royalbeech,

Thanks for getting back to us via pm. Sorry that resetting the TV Go devices has not improved things for you.

Are you able to confirm whether the recordings you are unable to access are from any channels in particular or all of them?

Thanks,

Molly_G
