I try and access TVGo on my PC and it says I am OFFLINE...obviously I am NOT

I try and access TVGO on my PC and it says

"Offline

We can't show this content while you are offline. Please connect to the internet and try again."

However, I AM ONLINE and can access all normal websites etc.... just not TVGO (as noted).

Never had problems before.

Any help on how I can resolve this?

Thanks

Vince

Hey vincex, thank you for reaching out I am sorry to hear you cannot watch TV on our TV Go app.

As looking in the replies to this thread it looked like a few of our customers have had the same issues.

Please could you let me know if worked on a mobile phone / tablet device?

Also it looks like most of customers are back up and running can you just please check it now to see if its working. Thanks

All up and running now. It just seemed to be for the one day/night.

Looking at others posts etc I suspect that for some reason the web server at Virgin was down (given standard TV services were OK).

Issue now resolved

Thanks
