I'm on my saved device on TV Go but still can't use it

This is simply annoying - I'm using Google Chrome on my main device. It's listed twice on my saved devices but I still can't use it - "Maximum number of devices reached"tv go.PNG

Any clues on how to fix this? And 21 days ago, I tried registering this device (despite being the same as one of those listed), hence it's up there again... so that won't work.

This happens to me every month.

(See separate threads)  

I am without TV on my desktop for a couple of weeks every month. (Max number of devices reached- - which I have not!).

I rarely clear my cache and the other devices listed above are locked out as well.

Can I get a reset of the device list please?

Same issue here.

My Desktop is now recorded three times yet I still am unable to watch Sky on Demand. I can't even view my Sky Devices as the link from TV Go doesn't work. It's a SNAFU!

Hi IWantMyMTV, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

The information we had was the 'maximum devices' issue was across all our customers, but has since been resolved.  Is this still not the case for you?  I am sorry if it has not been.

Virgin TV Go - Maximum Devices Reached

the help desk said last week they would raise the issue with vm IT dept, but as this issue has been reported by

many customers, for an extensive period, it must be assumed the IT dept are aware.

And as many of you moderators state, the IT dept know of the issue already.

only 19 more days until reset.!
