Last year I was able to access Virgin on the Go. Went to use it again for the first time in a while and it says, 'my username and password are wrong'.
I asked for a new password and it said 'i haven't registered to use it'.
Went to register, put in my Surname, Account number and reference code. It said it didn't recognise my name.
I do sometimes have problems with my name, O'hara, because computers don't like the apostrophe in it. This is exactly how my name appears on my bill, but Virgin on the Go doesn't recognise it. Help please.
