I am new to virgin and I can't sign in to virgin go app or virgin go online I only have 1 account I've signed in on the community and my virgin media so it's just the TV app that I have a problem with

Av warm welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Can we ask if you have been installed yet?
We only ask as you stated you are a new customer but didn't state you have been installed.
You will be able to use our community forums and your online Virgin Media account before your are installed.
If you are awaiting on an installation you will not be able to use our TVGO services until your installation has been completed, as you are not yet paying for that service.
Please can you let me know regarding the above and we can assist you further.
