How to replace a device on virgin tv go

Virgint tv go app devices are full but old. I haven't used dome of these for a long time and dome no longer exist.how can I replace old devices gor a new laptop

https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en/settings/device-management.html - click this, sign in to it, and then you can remove devices not being used.

Thank you for the link but unfortunately this isn't working for me. 

Tried on my phone then tried on our Ipad. It just asks to replace.

And after clicking on replace it still doesn't give me the option yo change the device snd says sorry we can't register your device at the moment. 

It must be something I'm doing wrong as I'm not that computer elliterate. 

Are ther any other ways to change this.
