How long until I can access sky sports?

Hi all

I was offered and accepted a new contract today which includes SkySports.

Ive tried to access on mobile but it says my subscription doesn’t allow me to watch when it launches the sky app, I’m assuming this is a timing issue but does anyone know how long activation should take? I can watch it fine on tv, and I’m logged into the sky app with my virgin media details.

I think it takes up to 48 hours for the databases to update. 

Your devices must also have been registered via this page.

Sky now restricts live channel access to ONE device at a time, & not two as is quoted on some websites.
