I am trying and failing badly to try and remove/change devices on tv go. I cant log into TV go as its now saying my password is not correct, but cant change it as keep getting your holding page with, if you ring your hold for ages
Why does virgin make everything hard work, you can no longer delete devices now only swap..which if you could delete would be better, but why make anything simple !!
Any ideas as to when I may be able to change my password so I can actually log in and try and swap devices so we can watch tv on the go ??

Sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing the TVGO at this time. Are you able to log into your online account with any issues and using the same password?
