Having same problem with TV Go and Virgin connect as the others

Tv Go & Virgin connect working fine until after the weekend. Seems a lot of people with same problem. Asked to login does not recognise primary account details. Have deleted & reinstalled app twice same problem. Tried IPad , MacBook, iPhone all will not connect. Screen shot attached . Error message read some “ Oops . That hasn’t worked . Please sign in with your main user account. Sub accounts can’t sign in to this service.
Please raise Tech log and fix ☹️Paying for incomplete service.

Just a thought perhaps the links back to Primary account info and password in Virgin Go, and Virgin connect have been disabled or deleted ? Only the mailbox on my primary account seems to be empty, and I’m sure there was stuff in it before week beginning the 6th
