Since the Harry Potter movies came back on to Sky Cinema this month I have had problems watching them on the Virgin TV Go app. They are all available to watch through my TV but I can only access 2, 5 and 7 via the app.
Does anyone know why I don’t have full access on the app or how to fix this? I have tried signing out and back in / shutting down the app and reloading. On the TV it says they’re only available until the end of this month so it’s frustrating not being able to access or download on my iPad. Thank you.

Without having checked specifics, availability of OnDemand content does vary between the TV Go app & the VoD platform accessed via your set-top-box.
Not all films available via one will necessarily be available via the other, although many are.
