In regard to your query - we do not include the Amazon TV as part of our subscriptions but we do offer access to the Amazon Prime Video App on our V6 boxes.
All customers with an Amazon Prime subscription will have access to the app, regardless of which telly pack they’ve got. Customers will still manage their Prime subscription through their Amazon account.
The Amazon Prime Video App is not linked or related to any other Amazon products or devices.
Our TVGo service is only compatible with Android or iOs currently - we are sorry.

The answer is that we do not support Amazon Fire Devices for our TVGo app.
Not sure what you mean by having a department that deals with Apps? We of course have a technical team who develop our apps and we also have our agents who are able to assist with any issues you may have with any apps we supply.
Can you advise what you mean by it doesn't scale properly?
