Since the ios14 update I can not sign into my tv go app on my iPhone XR it works fine on my Samsung note 8 and iPad which is using the same iOS software so can’t work out why it’s not working
Really sorry that you've been having some issues logging in with the app since the new update, this isn't good.
Have you checked that the app itself on your iPhone is up to date?
If you go into the App Store and select the app it should let you know if an update is available.
Let us know if it's still an issue now and we'll run some further checks.
