When I’ve been using the app on my phone and then want to swap to my tablet it won’t let me. It keeps coming up with maximum users reached (and still has the wrong max users 2 and not 1 message!) even when no one is using the app. This must be to do with the app not refreshing and telling the server it’s no longer being used
Is there a way to force a refresh so I can log on with my tablet?
have you got the latest version of the Sky Sports app running on both devices?
Have you checked to make sure the app isn't still running in the background on your mobile?
Log out from the mobile or force stop it via Settings/Apps

Latest versions on both devices. Not only was the app stopped but also logged out and the phone restarted. Just seems to be one hell of a delay before the server notices and lets me log on.
Would be so much easier if you could actually still log on to 2 devices as the message still says!
Although it's probably not related, I'd suggest checking that you only have the devices you use here - just to rule it out:https://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices
I am sorry to hear you're having issues using Sky Sports App.
Can I ask, if both the devices you're switching between are both on the same operating system? As in are they both IOS or both Android?
No, one’s IOS and the other Android
That's a bit different. I think we need to have a look at your account and devices registered. Would you be okay with that?
