Fed up

I watch virgin go on my iPad and I’m getting so fed up. I can be in the middle of watching a program when it will suddenly come up saying that it’s not available this happens every day sometimes two or three times a day. Sometimes if I turn the iPad off and restart it then it clears the issue but not every time. It comes up on live programs and every program. 
Please fix this issues as I’m not the only one looking at other posts!

Hi JD18,

Thank you for your post I am sorry to hear this, is it only on your Ipad that this occurs? Have you tried any other devices? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Hi

yes I’ve Uninstalled the app and re- installed it three times and it still happens. I’m noticing it’s often late afternoon and early evening. It is mainly my iPad but it does happen on my iPhone as well.
I have to turn the iPad off /on sometimes this fixes it for a while but not every time. This is happening two or three times most days.

yes it happens on both my iPad and iPhone although I normally watch everything on my iPad. 
you can be half way watching a program and it will stop and come up with the error message. 
Sometimes if I restart my iPad it will come back up but a lot of the time it won’t now

I’ve reinstalled the App several times with no luck. 
It happens when I’ve been watching it for a while. 
As I mainly use my iPad then yes it’s mainly on my iPad but it has happened on my iPhone. 
if I watch my 5, my 4,  Dplay, IPlayer then all those are fine it’s only on virgin go that I get the issue.

Have you noticed any changes since then if you have updated it recently?

Yes they’re all on automatic updates but it’s still happening daily

Is this issue still something that needs to be looked at?

 

If so, do you struggle with any particular channels? Do you have this issue on any android devices? 

 

Can you confirm if you have the latest version of the application, as well as the latest iOS versions?
