Can't play any recordings on my tablet keep getting error message - sorry we can't play this at the moment ( 2030 )

Hey Wrighty16329,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your recordings on the TV go app, is this happening for all recordings or recordings from a certain channel?

Have you tried to remove and re-install the app since the issues started?

Please could you provide a screenshot of the error?

Hi thanks for getting back to me. Yes it was happening to all recodings, I have re- installed the app & it was still  the same. It has happened to me in the passed then the next day it was OK. This is the same today tried all day & night yesterday re- installed the app then today ok working. Rather frustrating 😒

Yes it's working now but it has stopped a couple of times while watching  & I have had to restart it.
