Error Message in sky sports desktops player

For the last week or so I have been getting the following error message whenever I try to use Sky Sports on my Laptop using the Desktop Player App

Error Code VGC-4229955698:4240441496

Sorry to hear you're having issues with access Sky Sports on your laptop. When does this error occur, when you try to view a program or when you are trying to log in? 

We'll try help best we can but we have no access to the Sky Sports app or website to diagnose issues.

Are you using Windows or Mac OS?

Have you recently added any software or updated the OS software?

If you have any screen recording software this may trigger programmes not to load.

Hi Carly

I am using Windows 11,  which I updated a few months ago.  The error occurs in the desktop player when I am trying to few a programme.  I don't have any screen recording software.

It is now working thanks,  after logging out of Zoom,  which I hadn't at first realised had the ability to record screen.
