I'm trying to watch Sky Sports Main Event (tried with other Sky Sports Channels also and the same thing is happening), and after about 7 seconds of the channel loading a message pops up saying...
'We're really sorry but something went wrong.
Please try connecting again.
Error code: VGC-4253024462:4253024462'.
This has been happening for around 2 months now and nothing seems to be working.

I’m using a HP Laptop, with Windows 10 installed. Then going through Virgin TV Go and then onto the Sky Sports App.

I can log in normally, but the page says that URL has expired. I am able to log on through the Sky Sports website, but then as soon as I click a channel to watch, it loads for about 7 seconds then the message as mentioned above pops up
Have you tried it on other devices to see if it's only the laptop that does it?
It works on the iPad so yes, it only happens on the laptop!
Can you remove then re-add the app on there?
Yes I've tried this but still have no luck.
