I am attempting to watch box set on the app and get error 2031. I have uninstalled and restarted tablet then reinstalled. A minute or so of viewing then error occurs.
I can watch through Firefox browser on my Samsung galaxy tab S7, but would prefer using the app

Are all the examples you've tried thus far, from the same broadcaster? If so, which one? How about streaming live TV channels through the app?
Is your TV box a TiVo/V6, or a 360?

A variety of broadcasters but mainly Skye. I have a V6 hub
Live streaming works ok
Do you have another device you cab test the App on
What operating system are you using on the Tablet
I have Android 11 on tablet.
No alternative device

Can you try deleting and reinstalling the App on your tablet please and let me know if the error still occurs after this?
I have reinstalled a number of times. Just tried again. Still same error

Have you tried clearing the cache on your tablet and accepting all cookies again?
