Error 103 on iPad Air

Hi all

i have been trying to iOS into sky sports on my iPad. Has the app changed lately to stop this happening 

 

all the the other stuff works super 6 and sky bet

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with signing in to the Sky Sports app with your Virgin Media account details. 

Just a few things to check:

  • Please ensure the Sky Sports app is fully up to date by checking in the App Store in case there is an update pending. 
  • Please also ensure you are clicking the VM logo before entering in your details. If you're popping them in the Sky Sports log in then it won't work. 
  • Is the app working on any other devices with the log in details or are you getting the error on those devices too?
  • What iOS is the iPad Air running?
