Erroneous Sky Device Registration

Hi.  I am trying to manage the devices I can watch Sky sports on.  I have named all our i-phones, but there is one on there just called "i-phone".  It has been there before, and I have never known whose phone it is.  So, I deleted this early this morning.  20 minutes later it was back on there again.  This was at 06:15. Everybody was in bed, so no one actually registered a device.  Can someone explain what is happening, or why this keeps appearing?  Thanks

Hey David543, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am sorry you are having some issues with your devices.

Please remember you can only have so many devices connected the limit is 5.

So lets say for example you got a new iPhone and registered this, your old phone would still be registered.

Have you or anyone who has access to this had a new phone lately? Thanks
