Downloading on MacBook

I'm trying to download the VirginTVGo app on my MacBook (Apple Silicon) and when I search for the app on the App Store (in both iPhone/iPad Apps and native MacBook apps) there is no VirginTVGo app there! This is getting frustrating as it says on here https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-tv-edit/customer-exclusive/download-the-virgin-tv-go-app-mobile that it is available for Mac "Thanks to the Virgin TV Go app – available to Virgin TV customers at no extra cost, you can access up to 110 live TV channels on the go from your devices, including your Android, iOS, Windows 10 and PC/Mac."

Anyone able to help?

The app is only designed to be used on mobile phones & tablet computers. Everything else has to use the website version as per the link in the previous post.
