Do I have to buy a new Amazon Kindle to use the "updated" Control App?

E=41 V=4

Can't watch my Tivo on the go - should I get a refund?

Does anyone at virgin care?

Hi Stevec452

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the TV Go issue. Has everything been resolved since posting? If not, have you tried deleting and re-installing the app?

The TV Go is a free of charge service so there wouldn't be a refund I'm afraid.

Kind regards,

Deleted, reinstalled, rebooted - given up. Will just have to wait for contract to end and switch to BT or Sky.

Virgin offered a good service while I could access my Tivo recordings on my tablet - now the box is full as I can't access  it while on the move anymore

Fire devices aren't supported anymore:

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/TV-on-the-go/Issue-with-TV-Control-E-41-V-4/m-p/4434804#M70114

So it would be a supported Android or iOS device only
