Can't watch my Tivo on the go - should I get a refund?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the TV Go issue. Has everything been resolved since posting? If not, have you tried deleting and re-installing the app?
The TV Go is a free of charge service so there wouldn't be a refund I'm afraid.

Deleted, reinstalled, rebooted - given up. Will just have to wait for contract to end and switch to BT or Sky.
Virgin offered a good service while I could access my Tivo recordings on my tablet - now the box is full as I can't access it while on the move anymore
