Hi everyone, im trying to add a device on the virgin tv go but no luck, keeps telling me ive reached  maximum devices, i have cleared all the devices but still no luck, also it keeps telling me i have to wait a month before i can add a new device yet i have not added a new device in a long time so why its telling me i have to wait a month is quite annoying when i have not used it on my fone/laptop for ages yet today i am having major problems with it, any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advanced x

Sorry that you are having issues with TVgo app 

I can look at getting this resolved for you if you still need assistance

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

Having same problem yet again but i see this is a on going issue with others, hope i do not have to go through this everytime i want to watch the F1 channel, can someone please sort it, i have 2 laptops and a desk top yet it tells me i have reached my maximum, seriously does not make sense, then when i close it and try to watch again it tell me 2 or more devices is being used so then i can not watch it, am sure we do not pay good money to have all these problems

I am sorry to hear that you have had theses issues once again, I have used the details you signed up to the forums with to reset your registered devices.
