Device reset please

I too am suffering with a shortage of device slots even though I have only 3 devices registered, because the slots were completely filled up by the same PC reregistering during the problems a few weeks ago. Now I want to use my laptop, which still has the old app registered, but I cannot register the new browser/app until November. Please can I have a device list reset soon. Thank you.
