Sadly again the Virgin service doesn't seem to recognise my PC each time and creates it as a new device?

Could someone from VM please PM me to reset my devices so I can use it correctly.

Hey tim6087, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you been having some trouble with your TV GO.

TV GO has a limit of 5 devices, however we can look at setting this for you.
