Over the few months, Virgin Go has asked me on numerous occasions to register my device (android smartphone), even though its the same device. Over the last 6 days I've updated my device and now I cannot change my device till 02 Feb 2019, but its the same device. Annoying app which is hampering my enjoyment of a service I'm paying for.
Please can you help me too with a prvate message. Want to watch UCL tonight, wife has the telly and mobile too small so want to switch to my Laptop but NOOOOOO!! Have to wait 9 days. NOT smart. Surely technology should be able to recognise if you are in the house watching the service it makes me so mad. PLease can you get in touch to fix this before the match ends!!
