Yes I replied over 24 hours ago with all the information they requested and no response. I followed up earlier this afternoon and still no response.
With respect the priority should be with correcting a known issue, even if its a short-term fix, that's preventing customers from using the service. Seems frivolous to be reprimanding me about community guidelines.
Ideally I'd never post here as I'd be too busy doing other things including watching TV on the app.
