struggling with the device management that allows me to watch Sky Sports. All devices look right on the list (mixture of phones and iPads) but getting “device limit reached” on sky sports app.
Hi @SawboJimbo Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Sky Sports app. You can have up to 5 devices registers and have the ability to swap 3 devices a month. You can find more information here. Do you know if you have exceeded your 3 devices per month swap?
Thanks for replying. We’ve not changed any devices last month or this month - the Sky Sports app just won’t recognise the previously registered devices - see screenshots.
We’ve deleted and reloaded both apps multiple times.
