Device limits issue on iOS

I’ve recently replaced my iPhone. I’ve done a replace device to my new iPhone on tv go app. When I go to sky sports app it says device limit reached and to contact tv service provider. I’m stuck in a loop. Tried logging out and back in on both but no difference. Tried replacing another device on the list and get an error ‘cannot register your device at this time, try again in a few minutes’. Again, another loop…. Help!
