My device limit reached but only got my phone registered has been like this for over a year. Please help?

Hey Skipton30, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
The device will get added everytime someone log on so for example if you give your friends a login, if you've got a new phone or you login on a ipad for exampe
You should be able to manage it on there and delete any devices you don't use if not let us know and we can do this for you. Cheers

I'm js2910 removed and have been trying to get the locked out 5 PC registrations on Virgin Go for the same PC reset due to a fault/ error in system. Can you please help by resetting the registrations to allow me to watch Virgin Go again.

Just to avoid any future issues too, its worth bearing in mind that you can only register 3 device swaps a month. Keep your cookies active in order to ensure this does not register the same device more than once.
We can also manually reset the devices for you, following the confirmation of some account info via PM. I will do this for you now - you can find the PM in the top right corner of the page in your Inbox. 📩 We can then return to this public thread with another update when possible.
