Hi, I keep getting asked to register my laptop device every time I log in to watch TV. I have now reached the limit of devices and cant access any channels, yet my laptop is there as a registered device (well more than once now). I cant remove until September - help!

I am sorry you are having issues with TV go, and your devices. Did you use the same browsers to log in? Is your laptop the only registered device?

Im not sure If I used the same browser, I have Chrome and Microsoft Edge, I have used both but now I have reached the limit on my devices. 3 out of the 5 devices are my laptop but every time I log on, I have to sign in and doesn't recognise my laptop.
