Hi
I recently got a new iPhone 13 and have gone to watch sky sports through the app and am now getting device limit reached contact your service provider. I have tried the links to go onto device management and it says unable to replace at this time. Can someone help as I am unable to watch sky sports through my phone which is a greater expense to my package!

Sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with the Sky Sports app access. I can take a look into this, we can reset your devices from here but firstly we would need to pass account security via a private message, which I will send over in a moment.
