Hi, I only have 3 devices registered on virgin go and I can watch tv no problem until I try to watch sky sports through the sky sports app. It keeps saying device limit reached. I’ve deleted the apps and reinstalled them but still no luck.

If you are trying to use Sky Sports on multiple devices, you may receive an error message indicating that you have reached your device limit. This means that the maximum number of devices allowed to stream Sky Sports content simultaneously has been reached. To resolve this issue, you can either stop streaming on one of your other devices or upgrade your subscription to allow for more devices

VM customers can't upgrade their subscription to allow access on more devices. It's a restriction that is part of the agreement with Sky.

Anyone wanting access on more devices usisng the Sky Sports app would need to take a Sky Sports subscription directly with Sky  and not VM
