Device limit reached on sky

Sky sports will not accept new phone (it's a Samsung A12) all it says is device limit reached!

Hi teleboy

Would that mean you have already registered the maximum amount of devices to your package to watch Sky sports.

Maybe you will 1st need to remove a registered device before you can add your new device (Samsung A12).

Also, I believe you can now only stream on one device at any one time.

I am so sorry to see you are having this issue with your new phone and your Sky Sports. Can I ask if the advise from @Drkangel21 has helped and have you been able to un-register a device?
