I have the TvGo app. I only have 2 devices registered. I’ve tried accessing the sky sports app accepts my log in credentials then get error message device limit reached. Why is this happening. I spoke to customer services they reset all the virgin media devices on the app but still I’m locked out of sky. And I only use the one device cor sky, please fix as I’ve not been able to use for months now.

But the Sky App is different to the Tv Go app when its comes to device limits
