Device limit reached on sky sports app

I have a new iPad but when I open sky sports app I get the message “device limit reached”. Only 5devices registered on tv go and no lead to any sky device management. When logging in to tv go website  I get the message “not available “ although I can sign in and use all other channels. Any help please?
