Thanks for using the forums to get your TV GO devices reset, I am sorry you've had this problem but don't worry.
I have now reset your devices from my side, so please give it an hour and try watching it again.
If your devices have not been reset after an hour please reboot your device.
If this still hasn't fixed it then by all means come back to me 🙂
