I have only 4 registered TV go devices but when I try to watch Sky Sports it says “ device limit reached “ ? Can you help please ?

Thanks for your post, TVGO allows up to 4 devices and you can update your device permissions up to 3 times per month, after that you'll have to wait till the following month: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-go-registering-devices
SKY Go allows up to 6 devices to be registered and you can update these permissions up to 3 times per month: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/watching-sky-sports
When you log into your online account and view your SKY devices, if you have 6 listed then you'll need to remove one to have room for the device you are trying to add/update

Thanks for the reply. But I’ve only got 4 registered and haven’t made any changes for 2 months. All my devices are correctly registered but when I try to watch Sky Sports on my iPhone it says device limit reached ?
