Device Reset needed please

Same old issues with the TV Go service on my PC using Google Chrome.

I have now reached the maximum devices permitted although 4 of them are "My Computer - Google Chrome" , the other being my Samsung Tablet.

I would have hoped by now that this long running issue might have been resolved but alas no!!

Could some king moderator please contact me for the information to allow a reset of my devices. Otherwise I will be without TvGo until the beginning of April.

Thanks for your post 
Sorry to hear about the issue with your device limit 

We do advise to keep use on Web browsers to a minimum as the App is designed for Mobile devices
I can look into this for you though
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

hi i have 5 devices registered on the tv go app and i cannot log in anywhere to use can these all be deleted please, it says i cant change them until 1st Sept but doesnt give me the option to delete or replace?

Hi @Kozey546 

There's something not right as you should be able reset the devices from 1st April, not 1st September.

It may be that yuor browser is pulling an old cached page.
