Device Registration

I have registered my PC twice but it still won't let me play Virgin tv through it. Any solutions?

Virgin TV Go used to work just fine.

Re: Device Registration

Hi Richardhardwick,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

I am really sorry you're having some issues with TVGO, this isn't good.

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in replying, we have been busier than usual.

Has this been sorted since your post?

If not can you advise what is happening exactly? Are you unable to log in, or you can log in but you can't watch any content through it?

Let us know

Re: Device Registration

Hi Emma

My problem is not with signing in but in getting Virgin TV Go to recognize a device I have already registered.

It seems to work well with the Safari browser on my iMac but won't work with Chrome on a Windows 10 PC. All it says is please register another device so you soon fill up your 5 allowed devices.

Can you help?

Richard

Can you take a look here and see if this helps at all?

Re: Device Registration

Hi Emma

Thanks again for getting back to me but after trying the change to the Chrome browser settings to allow all cookies I still have no joy.

I now have 5 registered devices. One is my iMac with the Safari browser which works and the four others are all the same, being my main PC with the Chrome browser. I am now locked out of changing any devices for 15 days. I was hoping to use Virgin TV go over Christmas and New Year.

Any further things I can do to getting Virgin TV go working on my main PC?

Re: Device Registration

I am shocked to see you forwarding people onto that link.
it contains nothing of any use.
But it does have a ridiculous claim that this is "as intended"
That's a lie.
