Device Registration

As with may others I have reached my limit despite only using two devices.

Can someone help me out and explain why it keeps happening

Hi there @decdoc

 

I can see that you have been assisted via Private Message by a colleague - I do hope that your devices are all now working ok. 

 

Please do remember, the way TVGo works it means customers have to keep cookies on their PC or laptop or it will register as a new device every time and use up all the changes. You can read more about that here:
