Device Registration on GO TV

Using the same device to watch via the app but keeps advising that i have to register as a new device this has only starting happening for the last couple of months, now saying that i am unable to change a device until 1st, any help would appreciated

Having the same issue, just started using app, registered iPhone as first device but keeps asking to register again and again every time I try watch anything on the app. Seems an issue that goes back years looking at the forum, you would think they would have sorted it by now!

Are you clearing cache/cookies each time you use the TV Go service?

No not unless the Norton security is doing this. Its everytime i turn off the computer it occurs 

Thanks for your reply @welham99, I would check the settings on the Norton security to see if this is clearing the cookies and cache. When you clear this it will then make TV GO think that you are continually setting up a new device.
