I am using the Virgin TV Go app on my PC. Everytime I login it asks me to replace a device even though I am using the same PC. Now it is sayimg I have exceeded my Devices and I cannot change one until January 1st 2024 !!!
That means I am unable to watch any TV over Christmas. Please rectify this asap.

Having exactly the same problem here after an outage of over 24 hrs with no broadband
not related as far as i know can you get through to anyone of course not !

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, the TV GO app can class each different opening on a browser as a different device, the best way to sort this is to visit our website here and go about deleting all the devices off your account, this will then refresh the system and allow you to use your PC for this.
