I can see on the main post about this, it says to post with my issues:

 

  • Approximately when did the problem start? This has been a problem for the last 2 years. I can log onto my TV go on my mac and see that, this is the registered device.  However when I go to watch it says max number of devices reached. 
  • The model and version/OS of the device and browser causing this issue. Using Mac OS Monterey on Google Chrome. 
  • Do you manually clear cache/cookies or have a program that does this after each session? No. 
  • Does it happen more than 3 times per month? (Meaning you need our help to get additional reset slots). Yeah it seems to happen towards the end of the month - it is very annoying. 

Please advise of best fix for this.

Sorry you're having some issues with TV GO. 

I can get your devices reset for you but will need to clear security first. 

Please keep an eye out for the purple envelope icon in the top right hand corner of your page for my message.
