I have BT Sport as part of my VM Package. Each time that I watch BT Sport I am asked to register the device and it wont work until I do. I originally registered BT Sport on my laptop and try to log in using the same laptop, but it wont work. Why do I have to register a device that has already been registered?

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thanks for your post and I'm sorry that you're having some issues with your BT Sports Device Management! 

Have you taken a look at our Device Management page for TVGo to see if this can help you manage the devices that are showing as registered?

The reason why your devices could be asking to be registered multiple times is if you clear the Virgin Media cookies from your device.

If you're having issues clearing your registered devices, please let us know, and we'll be able to assist with this on our end.
