I'm having problems accessing my Virgin TV Go. Every time I get my devices reset, they revert back to being full after I logon once via Google Chrome on my laptop. Anyone else having this problem?

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues when using the TV Go service.
When you access your device management section, is it showing the same device registered multiple times?

Yes, although it just recognises them all as Google Chrome

I can help by resetting your devices on my side, could you also try using a different browser in order to view the service please like Firefox?

Yes, this is the issue, all google chrome.
Well after they got reset the same thing happened when I went on via Internet Explorer. The madness continues

Been happening for some time
Phone and IPad registered twice.
Can min be reset too please.
