Im trying to watch Sky Sports on my iPad but it shows an error message that I have reached my device limit and I need to contact my provider to manage my devices.
I log into Virgin TV Go to manage my devices and it only shows three devices where I am allowed to have 5, and that I should simply log in to my new device and it would be available.
So I have conflicting messages between Sky Sports App and Virgin TV Go App, please advise or help fix this issue.

We can arrange to reset the devices registered for you if you wish to give that a try?
Yes - please please reset the devices and I’ll attempt logging in again once that’s done.
I don’t get the option to remove devices as I’ve only registered 4 of my 5 device allocation.
